Quick & Healthy Naario's Bhakhri Chaat

Ingredients:


- 4 Naario's bhakhris

- 1 cup boiled chickpeas

- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped

- 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped

- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped

- 1/4 cup each tamarind and mint-coriander chutney

- 1 tsp chaat masala

- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

- Salt, to taste

- Sev (optional, for garnish)

 

Instructions:

  1. Top Naario's bhakhris with boiled chickpeas, chopped tomatoes, onions, and cucumber.
  1.  Drizzle tamarind and mint-coriander chutneys.
  1. Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and salt.
  1.  Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and sev (optional).
