Sweet Recipes

 

1. Choco Millet Muesli Ladoo

Ingredients:

- 1 cup Naario' Millet Muesli

- 1/2 cup Naario's Jaggery Powder

- 2 tbsp ghee

- 1/4 cup grated coconut

Instructions:

  1. Dry roast the Choco Millet Muesli in a pan for 5 minutes until fragrant.
  2. In another pan, melt the ghee and add the jaggery powder, stirring until it dissolves.
  3. Mix in the roasted muesli, and coconut.
  4. Let the mixture cool slightly, then shape into small ladoos.
  5. Allow the ladoos to set for an hour before serving.

     

    2. Rose Sherbet Phirni

    Ingredients:

    - 1/2 cup rice

    - 4 cups milk

    - 1/2 cup Naario's Rose Sherbet

    - 1/4 cup Naario's Jaggery Powder

    - 1 tsp cardamom powder

    - Rose petals for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes, then grind into a coarse paste.
    2. Boil the milk and add the rice paste, stir continuously to avoid lumps.
    3. Cook until the mixture thickens to a custard-like consistency.
    4. Add the sugar, jaggery powder, and cardamom powder, stirring well.
    5. Remove from heat and mix in the rose sherbet.
    6. Pour into serving bowls and garnish with rose petals. Chill before serving.


    3. Daliya Kheer

    Ingredients:

    - 1 cup Naario's Ragi Daliya

    - 4 cups milk

    - 1/2 cup Naario Jaggery Powder

    - 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios)

    - 1 tsp cardamom powder

    Instructions:

    1. Dry roast the daliya.
    2. Boil the milk and add the roasted daliya, cooking until it softens.
    3. Add the jaggery powder and mix well.
    4. Stir in the cardamom powder and nuts.
    5. Serve warm or chilled.


    4. Ragi Halwa

    Ingredients:

    - 1 cup Naario Ragi flour

    - 1/2 cup ghee

    - 1/4 cup mixed nuts

    Instructions:

    1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast the ragi bhakri flour until aromatic.

    1. Spicy Wheat Bhakri Chips

    Ingredients:

    - 4 Naario' Snack Bhakri

    - 2 tbsp olive oil

    - 1 tsp Naario's Garam Masala

    - 1 tsp Naario's Lucknowi Masala

    - Salt to taste

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). You can also use an air-fryer for the same.
    2. In a bowl, mix olive oil with garam masala, Lucknowi masala, and salt.
    3. Toss the bhakri pieces in the spiced oil mixture.
    4. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
    5. Serve with your favorite dip.

    2. Ragi and Jawar Atta Dosa

    Ingredients:
